I basically did not have to interview for the role because none of my colleagues in EY IT in the Seattle office wanted to deal with the wavespace! Basically, they did not see the opportunity for growth and future opportunities. I had been supporting events in Seattle, SF, SJ, Miami, Cleveland, Chicago, and many offsite mobile events! Due to the fact that I had been in front of many partners, the opportunity was offered to me pre-Covid! Covid was quite the period right after being offered the role!
