Complete OA (work scenario, critical thinking questions and numerical questions)- Assessment Center (writing email, group case, numerical questions) - Interview (behavior and motivation questions) It takes ages in shortlisting candidates.

45 min interview with 2 assessors, came back with feed back within two weeks, it was pretty straightforward. Assessors were nice and friendly and the interview felt more like a conversation with friends which helped calm my nerves
