interview had 3 stages, first one 3 test based on your english, logics and ifrs knowlegde. 2 one with an hr manager, i was asked some questions related to accounting and questions realted to my studies and willingness to stay for long. 3 stage with the ey partner, i was asked questions related to my future and solved some cases and tasks about accounting.

The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
