Mixed. I had one interview which I felt went fairly well and I left feeling relatively comfortable with the job as described. The interviewer was lovely and I could easily see them being a great boss. The second was disastrous. The interviewer was cocky and spent a lot of time talking about how 'nerdy' they were. I felt they were trying to intimidate me through monologues filled with unnecessary buzzwords. Thoroughly uncomfortable and the interviewer were clearly not looking for the position the job spec described. I also felt they were condescending about the role of the first interviewer. Feedback was that I didn't talk enough about the EY tool enough, which would be pretty hard, given I don't work at EY... I also wasn't 'analytical enough', sure... but then ask some questions about analytics rather than talking about how nerdy you are? In the end, I felt I wasted my time a little. Unfortunate, but we live and learn.
