      Interview schedule and follow-up time line is very fast and talent is very transparent. Salary negotiation is very professional with giving ample time to come back with decision. Role is clearly defined. encourages questions to be asked. safe environment with talent and tech intervie.

      Recruiter reached out to me in late last year, had a chat with me and was very keen to have me apply for the role. At that point, I wasn't looking for a new role, neither had I applied for anything. My experience and skillsets matched what they were looking for. After I had applied for it, the recruiter reached out to clarify a piece of information on my CV and that was it. Silence, and after a month, reached out to say that the hiring manager was wanted to find out whether I was still interested in applying for the position. I indicated my interest and EY went silent again, despite my attempts at following up 2 weeks later. It has been more than 3 months since the chat, but nothing heard further. It was a poor follow-up even if they didn't want to consider my application anymore. Could have been better if they were upfront about what they wanted to do and notify me if I had been dropped from their consideration.
