The assessment involved a case study presentation, group case study exercise, and a partner interview, all primarily focused on evaluating my presentation style, teamwork, communication effectiveness, and overall interpersonal skills.

Can you tell me about a time when you worked on a new task or project that you had never done before? Walk me through how you approached it
The whole process was good, the recruiters were nice and had a good impression of the company. After the final interview I received positive feedbacks and then I have been ghosted, they didn’t even answer to the follow-ups
An interractive accounting/consulting test with a very gamified interface. They first sent an email confirming my application then a link to the gamified consulting/financial advisory experience. Then the experience is ended with a 1 way video interview with a very short time to prepare.

Entretien
Psychometric test with one video question at the end. Reading comprehension, numerical, pattern recognition and then a singular question video interview. Very standard process, similar to other large consulting companies.
