3 stage process ending with a 5 minute mock sales call. First stage is a simple phone call making sure you are a good fit for the interview process and would like to move forward. The second stage is a formal zoom meeting talking about the role and answering situational questions like "tell me about a time when..."

Very smooth process although the position wasn’t aligned with current market salary. The recruiter was really good and made sure that I was informed during the process. I have 3 rounds and a final one with HR.
Friendly, good recruiter, questions as expected. Got to meet a few people. Recruiters were good. Decent prep and feedback. Limited ability to negotiate. Interview should be fine for experienced AE. Treat like a sales cycle
