Benefits are too good
Benefits are below average, maximum 80% Health/Dental coverage for $300 employee paid per month. No-cost benefits cap out at 20% coverage. Life insurance is good, double salary payment. LTI is employer paid so taxable at payout, would be woefully inadequate if required.
