I applied through the Recent Grad Experience (RGX) which may have provided a different interview experience for me. I first set up a call with a current employee in the role I applied for who was part of the RGX program. It was essentially a screening call where I could ask questions about their day-to-day and they could get a feel for me. The ambassadors selected to do those calls are some of the best performers on the sales teams so they are trusted by managers to feel out the applicants. Once my name was passed along to the managers, I was scheduled for a video interview with a manager and coach. I mostly spoke with the manager in the call, discussing qualifications, experience, some basics interview questions, and then doing a sales role-play after being provided some tips. I received an offer about 2.5 weeks later, making the entire process about a month long.

The interview process at Dell was relatively straight forward. Most of the recruiters were pleasant but it didn't seem like they were all on the same page as far as what kind of skills they wanted candidates to posess.
