The interview process was very informal. I came in on a good reccomedation and sat down to discuss the role with the team leader. He was very informative and let me know what was expected of me. We shook hands and the rest is history.

After a 3rd-party recruiter contacted me about this position and submitted my resume. I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager which lasted about an hour. She focused on the duties of the role and asked some of the basic interview questions, along with asking for specific examples of how my previous experiences relates to their current role. It was a very positive experience overall.
