first round was 2 minute videos with scenario questions that you submit and second round was a phone call and third round was normal interview. I found the videos to be standard questions that had to do with what I would do in a situation or a time where I had to overcome challenges, my second round was more of a resume review and asked me what my understanding of what the company does.
