I submitted my application via LinkedIn on the 22nd of July. I was contacted by a Dell T.A.team member on the 05th of August, screened for the role; ran through my experience to date. My initial first impression very helpful, friendly. The initial process with the Dell recruiter was professional informative and very positive. However, the end process was not professional as I went for the interview for the HR advisor role in the Cherrywood office in Dublin on the 10th of August. I was advised by the recruiter on the 05th that I would be interviewed by 1 x HR Advisor and 1 Senior member of the team would join by phone. This was not the case. The interview was conducted by 1 x HR Advisor. I was advised at the end of the interview that the second round interviews would take place the following week. Which would be the week of the 17th of August. To date I have not received any feedback or contact from Dell. I sent a mail to the initial recruiter asking for an update, this was sent on the 24th of August. I would not consider my experience with Dell a "rewarding candidate experience” Current date 02nd of September.
