Phone screen with business unit leader, passed. Then, in person interviews with business unit leader & two managers who I'd be working with. HR wants to control everything so you have to rely on some R&D to hunt down contact details to reach out / thank people. Generally speaking your past experience is used heavily - so the process was mostly about 'do you know what you're doing?'. I provided a work sample as well, after explaining a scenario in a phone screen.

I applied directly through website. My manager asked me about my educational qualification and previous work experience and projects I did. Its an entry level position so just basic knowledge about marketing and excel was examined during the interview.

Great process, people and meetings. Easy to get through. Nice scheduling. People were prompt. Courteous. Everyone introduced themselves. The schedule was well designed. I really enjoyed the whole experience. I only wish I could hav Emet MIcahel Dell!
