This was a group/panel interview with three different project managers. The position was to work with smaller type projects that would not be a part of the traditional PMO. The next interview would be with the actual hiring manager who is based in a different state.
The interview questions were primarily behavioral types of questions.

Had two rounds of interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, and the second was a panel interview with team members to discuss experience, skills, collaboration, and overall fit.

First pass was a screen by phone by HR. A couple of days later a screen call with the hiring manager. Afterwards an all day interview. One person at a time. Followed up with a 3rd phone interview.

HR interview over the phone to discuss fit, did not progress to next round with hiring manager. Asked general fit, motivation questions, had little knowledge of the role itself and deferred several times to the hiring manager
