The whole process is super efficient and fast. HR are really friendly and helpful. Interviewer are too very professional and friendly where they doesn't make you feel stress during interview. The process of interview is super fast, get the HR phone call after 1 week of submitting my resume, wait another day to got an invitation for the first interview. The day after the first interview, got another phone call for second and third interview. Get my offer right after the third interview. The whole process just within two weeks.

Entretien
I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
