Interview Process was fairly casual. There was two phone interviews followed by face to face interview with 5 people on Campus. Each face to face interview lasted 45 minute. My future manager took me to lunch in one of those interview slots. Interview was not very technical in nature.

Telephonic Interview followed by on site interview. Usually a technical interview on telephone followed by an HR interview. The final interview is done on site. Interview process is pretty nice with the objective being to know what you have worked on till date. They try to see how your skills match with theirs.
