4 phases , 1st was an elevator pitch, then a normal assessement , 3rd a behavioral interview and the last one an in depth interview with a vp
Prompt process. From start to finuah lasts a few weeks. Meet multiple managers and subordinates. Ability to ask questions to understand the role and responsibilities. Good experience and transparent process for each step.

Straight to the point, the interviewer is not wasting their time nor your time. Very professional but friendly st the same time. The interviewer makes you feel comfortable. No stupid questions like: How do you see yourself in five years etc.
