I received a call from the recruiter to schedule a phone screen in one hour. The initial interview, to determine skill level and background took place on time and lasted approximately 30 minutes. I was given an overview of the role, then she asked a series of questions.

What is your technical background? How many years of Data Center experience to you have? How do you rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 overall in customer relationship and technical skills? Why did you leave your last job? Why are you leaving your current employer?

Entretien
1) Recruiter will make contact
2) If the recruiter is satisfied then a hiring manager will set up 1 or 2 interviews over the phone
3) If the hiring wants to move forward, then you will have one or two phone interviews with a panel consisting of managers, team leads, and sales members
4) When a final decision is made you will be contacting by phone or email.
5) If accepted an offer will be sent
6) Negotiate pay with hiring manager
7) If acceptable you need to have a drug test completed.
