Interviews are both panel (1-2 hours) and individual (1 hour each) leaders. Typically you will interview with peers, directors and at least one senior leader. There are very robust guidelines and much attention is paid to characteristics like innovation and leadership.

4 rounds of interview, HR, 1 round with hiring manager, 2 rounds of team members. Easy, ppl just want to know more about what you did, some scenario questions are asked, as long as you have logics behind the answers, no answer is wrong.
