I joined as part of the university Hiring scheme in Dell. There was only one round which was mostly use case based. The panel was really good. I have been working with some of them after joining here.

Had two rounds of interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, and the second was a panel interview with team members to discuss experience, skills, collaboration, and overall fit.

First pass was a screen by phone by HR. A couple of days later a screen call with the hiring manager. Afterwards an all day interview. One person at a time. Followed up with a 3rd phone interview.

HR interview over the phone to discuss fit, did not progress to next round with hiring manager. Asked general fit, motivation questions, had little knowledge of the role itself and deferred several times to the hiring manager
