Interview process included one phone call with HR, and two interviews, in-person, with Hiring Manager and also his Manager. Very good interview, they explained the plan to build and grow the team.

Applied through my college job board for this Development Program. Got a recruiter call invite a month later. After finishing the call I was sent a one-way video screen interview that I had 3-days to finish. This consisted of situational and behavioral questions related to troubleshooting and communicating. Finally got a final interview where I was sent a case-study to make a 10 min presentation on. The final round consists of two 30-minute sessions; first one being me presenting and the interviewers asking me questions based on what I included in my ; second one being an interesting behavioural portion.
The interview I had was fair and technical. The interviewer asked relevant questions about the position and was objective in assessing my skills and qualifications. I felt that I was given equal opportunity to showcase my abilities, and there were no biases during the interview. The interviewer was professional, communicated clearly, and respected my time and privacy. Overall, I believe that the interview process was well-conducted and played a significant role in selecting the best candidate for the job.
