Was contacted by recruiter and then forwarded onto the company representative. All telephone interview and the guy was very controlling, half way through telephone call needed to transfer onto another phone and I held on for a while during the interview which I found rude. The whole impression left for me was that the guy was a control freak, and not a person to work as a team but someone who it would be as "my way or the door". I did the interview and got no call back - no thank you and never heard whether I got the job from either the recruiter or Dell themselves.

I clearly stated I did not know the skill involved and that I was from another field. There is no point asking specifics about the skill, if the candidate does not possess that particular skill.

Entretien
Overall very casual and friendly interview, questions asked were fair and interviewer seemed actually interested in what i had to say. More questions were asked during the phone interview than the actual interview

I had an behavioral on-campus interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The second round consisted of an interview at the Dell HQ in Austin, TX. We were told it would be technical but I was only asked behavioral interview questions. The interview lasted about 30 minutes as well. The only complaint I have about the experience is that they took about a month after the 2nd interview to get back to me.

Entretien
The recruiting manager was present at a career fair booth and was looking for interested students from a variety of disciplines. Upon walking up, the manager first asked about the ability to move to a new location for the duration of the internship. After a brief conversation, the manager decided to invite me back for an interview the following day. This was supposed to be about a 30 minute interview between the manager, an HR recruiter, and me. This ended up being around 45 minutes and was very casual.
