Panel Meeting
Negotiation on contract with VP Sales
Despite a verbal offer being stated by the VP after the interviews, when I pushed back on the flexibility of working remote their entire team went dark. No follow up calls, emails, notes, nothing. After a 2 week process and one push back, absolute silence.
Was truly very demonstrative of what to expect when your VP goes completely ghost on a single piece of negotiation. I was super grateful that I saw their true colours before committing.
Not recommended as a sales org.

Standard AE interview, nothing special.
Disorganized. Each time I moved on in the process the next person knew nothing about the job or about me. They seemed ill prepared and ended up offering me a completely different position.
