multiple levels. behavioral and job fit. sometimes case studies as well. Interviews last for 30-45 mins for each segment. Before the candidate is selected for an interview there is a preliminary screening process in way of online tests. Once the interview is complete, there is a panel review and the HR associate reaches out with the details. Overall process is lengthy

Entretien
Phone interview with recruiter, then a "power day" consisting of 30 minute individual back-to-back interviews with about four managers. Once interview were over the managers said they would meet and make a determination. Was given an offer within a week.

Phone screen with recruiter. This was 30 minutes to discuss resume and past experiences. Behavioral interview with hiring manager. This was pretty basic, run of the mill questions. 2nd behavioral interview with Director and hiring manager. Typical behavioral questions..."tell me about a time when...." "what are your strengths/biggest weakness".
