Capital One – Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?

Capital One® Financial Corporation is an international financial services company known for innovation in the credit card marketplace. With offices in Toronto and Montreal, Capital One Canada has been offering Canadian consumers a range of competitive credit cards since 1996.

Our Software Studio, located in Toronto, is the digital heart of Capital One® Canada, and we’re assembling the best team in the tech industry to build bold digital experiences that are rooted in user-centered design. We challenge ourselves to see the world through the eyes of our customers, so we can deliver the market leading products and exceptional service they’re looking for.

Every choice we make at Capital One® is guided by our values:

  • Excellence—defines the way we perform as individuals, teams, and an organization.
  • Do the Right Thing—describes how we interact with each other and our customers.

Our values serve as the cornerstone of our culture and guide how our associates interact with each other and our customers.

We balance, work, life, and play!

Having a healthy work/life balance – and fun – is very important to us. That's why we have a flexible work environment instead of a rigid 9-to-5 schedule. And with designated fun days, ping pong and foosball tables, board games and video game consoles, you'll find that play is as integral as work here.

We’re also very committed to making a difference in the communities in which we live, work and play by giving back through volunteering and fundraising.

Oh, and we're light on ego, so you won't find any power suits here. We're a lot more comfortable in business casual – especially at our on-site barista lounge.
