The recruiter called me, and I asked what the hiring process is. He said 3 rounds of interviews, a mini case study, another case study, and a Power Day ( 7 hours of interviews with different people and different case studies). He said that it takes 10 days for candidates to prepare.
10 Days! I declined to interview. After 3 weeks I received an automated email saying that "due to changing business needs, we are unable to fill the role at this time". Just like that.
I am so thankful that I declined this ridiculous recruiting process. Imagine putting in 100 hours to prepare and getting an automated message like that?

Question 1
What experience do you have with Snowflake and Service Now
The interview process was smooth overall. It started with a computer screening, followed by a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my experience and fit with Capital One. Then I had a one-hour “money case” discussing a Capital One product from different angles. I’ve now moved to the PowerDay round, which includes two product cases, one product skills round, and one product discovery round.

Interview had 4 rounds: assessment, recruiter, hiring manager, and Power Day. The Power day was 4 30 min interview sessions with other managers. It was pretty straight forward, just prepare some STAR based experiences.
Interview process included a first round HR screen, a second round mini case study, and a power day final round followed by a team match. Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process
