Inicialmente, hubo excelente comunicación y cordialidad con su departamento de RH, pero después dejaron ghosteado por completo. No hubo seguimiento ni intento de comunicación posterior.
Hay que aprender a rechazar candidatos apropiadamente.

I was sent an email asking for my availability which I promptly provided. I never heard back to actually speak to a live person. No responses ever came back after following up. I got the reject email a month later. Very, very disappointing.

I had several interviews across many lines of business. There were job fit, portfolio, and structured ones. It helped me learn about the people that work there. Things change often so the job offer was for another job than the initial one I interviews for.
