The interview process went smooth. Once you get the job they make it hard for you to transfer or move up in the company. They don't like to let employees transfer.
The interview process consisted of interviewing with three people (recruiter, manager, and director). After the initial meeting with the recruiter, the next two interviews happened pretty quickly. Overall, I would say that it was a smooth process.

Virtual interview with background/experience questions. Not too difficult at all. Make sure to do your research when asked why you are interested in the exact position. Took roughly a month to hear back.
