Well organized and planned efficiently. Follow up was great. Had two job fit and two behavioral interviews all in one day and back to back with one break. explanation about roles and responsibilities were a little fuzzy but overall I got a decent picture of the job.

Bait and Switch. I interviewed for Senior Manager Technology which is equivalent to a Tech Lead position in non banking firms. I had one 45 minute phone screen followed by a technical assessment which could be completed in 72 hours. Why would you send a basic technical assessment to someone with 15+ years experience?
I cleared both and was invited to an onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of 2 technical, 2 behavioral and one case interview.
I performed well in all the 5 interviews. The recruiter called me after 2 days and offered me "Manager of Technology" position.
This is a typical bait and switch. Interview for one position but offer another. I declined. No professional company should interview someone for a role and offer them a lower role. Either hire the person or don't. If they felt I wasn't good enough they wouldn't have offered me a job in the first place.
