Four step process interview, first one was simple hr interview and second was an assessment which was scored out of 1200 points. I got 1000 and still didn't make it past for some reason even though they said if I get at least 600 points I'll move on. I feel like they are just fishing for resumes because the job has been listed for months now and highly doubt no developers have been able to meet their 'standards'. Waste of time
