Several interviews in one day. The behavioral interviews were 45 minutes and the job fit interviews were 30 minutes. Had short breaks in between each interview. It was hard to understand the structure of the larger team because the interviewers did not necessarily work with each other.

Phone screen with recruiter to review your experience. Then a phone screen with one or two people and then an on-site interview. It is 4 interviews about your experience and your personality and a case study

I had four or five in-person "job fit interviews" in Richmond where different managers and directors asked me basics about my past experience and my future goals. The process was pleasant and everyone was very nice and approachable. They definitely made me feel like it was a good place to work.

It was brought to my attention that the role would be temp-to-perm, so they asked a lot of questions to see if I would be open/interested in that type of risk (I ended up rolling perm after 6 months). Come to find out, most of the recruiter roles at Capital One are temp-to-perm, and they do actively look to bring on successful recruiters.
