I applied online and then did a phone interview 2 weeks later. The interview was heavy based on being able questions using the STAR method. Making sure to answer questions fully and having your answers thought out from start to finish is important.

The whole process does take a while but its so worth it, I am excited to have gotten this far in the process, dont give up and believe in urself 100% You will get it!!!

Their interview process sucks & it’s all over the place. The whole process takes 2 weeks, you talk & interview with 3-4 different people virtually just to have your time wasted. Don’t have your hopes up with these people.

Entretien
Very concise and I felt very good about myself throughout the process. There were a lot of assessments online before talking to someone. The recruiters are kind and take their time with you.
