I applied one night, and got a phone call about 2 days after. The lady was nice and just told me she'd like to schedule a phone interview after the weekend since she had called me on a friday. She just asked me the basic simple questions of why do you want to work here and so on. Afterwards, she had then decided to schedule me for a one on one interview with her the next day. So the next day came and I attended the interview. Simple 5 questions that just wanted you to go into indetail about what you would do if this happened, or how did you deal with this situation. Then after the interview was done, she told me that they would finish up interviews later that day and call me tomorrow with the result. For some reason though, near the end of the interview I could tell that she was just faking being nice, and she made it seem like she regreted giving me the interview. Some interviewers just give off that vibe and she had it. All I can say though is that I tried.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to rely on someone else in your department to get a job done, and how did ya'll complete the task, and how did ya'll get over any problems if there were any.
Tell me about a time where you had to describe a policy to a customer and what was the policy, and how did the customer react to the policy, and how did you handle their reaction if it was negative.
I applied for a teller position. I received an email with a link asking me to take a teller test. After completing the teller test, I get a second email. The second email has a link that showed me my application status. My application status said that I was being scheduled for an interview. After a couple of weeks I tried getting in contact with their staffing department but the response I would get is either to wait or I would get no response at all. After two months of waiting, I get an email telling me that I've been declined for the position even though I was told I was going to be scheduled for an interview. Afterwards, I closed my credit card account with them because they basically lied to me. I sent a follow up email to the staffing department letting them know that I closed my account. They called me and they told me that once someone passes the test, they get the status that says that they're being scheduled for an interview, and they'll move on if a recruiter feels that an applicant is qualified. So in short, I was qualified to be told I was getting an interview, just not qualified enough to actually be given the interview.
A phone interview followed by an in-branch interview with the manager included generic questions regarding the role and the teller experience. Had to wait approximately 15 minutes before being seen.

HR recruiter performed phone screening in order to set up phone interview. During the phone interview you are asked questions based on experience. The also let you know which locations are hiring. Then there was a physical interview with the Branch Manger of another branch. Once passed, there was a scheduled phone interview with Branch Manager of the desired location.
