Had a connection. Was immediately invited to interview at HQ. Really was not well prepared. Case questions are challenging but not too hard. Behavioral questions sometimes intimidating. The people are very robotic and the HQ is literally in the middle of no where. 3 45 minute interviews and 2 case analysis interviews. Along with a quick tour of the campus. Even the guy that toured me around seemed like he really didn't love his job. I was not offered a position.

Start with one round of case interviews If moved on then you do three final interviews: case, behavioral, and job fit with each being about 35-45 minutes which leaves time for questions
