J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capital One (New York, NY) en sept. 2021
Entretien
Everyone was nice and recruiter was actually very prompt but this process is way too long, especially the 4 hour power day at the end. Including a quant consulting style business case is a bit much for what’s essentially a bank IT job. I probably wouldn’t take the time to prep/interview here again (especially since no feedback was given on why I wasn’t extended an offer).
The process was as follows:
-recruiter screen (15 mins)
-hiring manager discussion (30 mins)
-mini case (1 hour)
-power day (4.5 hours)
—business case
—product case
—product skills (talk about a product you launched)
—job fit (behavioral)

Applied online, gave the assessment, an HR round, and a 1:1 round with a senior PO. The PO round was mostly about a mini case. They share the details of the mini case, and ask questions around it.
The Capital One interview process includes multiple parts. You have conversations with recruiters and hiring manager. If you're a fit you complete a mini case interview. If you pass the mini case you move on to a power day that includes multiple case interviews and a behavioral question session.
