I applied online and spoke to three different people from HR to get the answers I needed. They could not match my salary requirements so the process was cut short. For a financial services provider they do not pay well at all but their benefits are pretty good!

First is the Recruiter screening, then behavioral assessment, next is meeting with hiring manager, then power day (5 interviews over the course of a week). The power day interviews are 30-45 minutes each.
