I had 1 phone interview, and on-site interview. Phone interview was easy, they just went through your resume and asked relevant questions. I was told the on-site interview was hard, but didn't expect this much. There were 2 job fit interviews, 2 case interviews, 1 behavioral interview and 1 role play interview. You need to have a sense of business. In my case, people interviewed me didn't help me out when I got stuck doing the case analysis. And one of them was playing his iphone while I was calculating the numbers.... = = ;; The other four interviews were not that hard but you need to have a solid statistical background.

First, I interviewed with HR, followed by a detailed conversation with the Hiring Manager, and then I completed a final interview round that consisted of four interviews all conducted in one day.

Entretien
The interview process involves initial screening, technical assessments, and final interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role. Not bad in general. A little bit challenging in the final rounds.

What should I do to compare the efficiency of different models?
Very structured. The interview starts by an HR phone call. Then a phone call with HM. After that, will go to Super Day to talk with multiple managers. The interview process goes very quick and smooth. Very professional.
