recruiter setup a phone Interview which included Technical and Behavioral and then I was asked to take an online assessment and if you will be called for an onsite interview

Great process. very thorough, although the technical assessment was a more generic coding exercise. first step was a call with very helpful recruiter. he was really supportive and provided several tips. then a fairly generic tech assessment/coding challenge, then a 3-4 hrs remote of interview.
