Pretty average 45-minute case interview (basically what you'd find in Case in Point). Interviewer was young; I believe fresh out of undergrad. Interviewer showed little enthusiasm and it seemed like she didn't want to be there. Prior to the interview, there was a nice attempt at pairing me up with a Capital One employee who would act as a mentor in the interview preparation process, but I don't think the employee had enough time to really help out. Hopefully this mentorship process can be improved in future iterations.
