Applied online and got a phone call from recruiter. She asked me some basic questions like location prefered, expected salary. Then took an online assessment. Passed it. Then went on an onsite interview. Two cases and two behavioral interviews. Both cases are about credit card. Very easy. Just some middle school math calculation. I didn't feel well on behavioral interviews. They read the questions listed on a paper one by one and wrote down what you said. Not feeling like communication but more like an exam.
