The interview process was quite long as all the candidates were together and then split into separate interviews. It was however clear and communicated well in advance so we knew what to expect.

Different stages. Clear and insightful At capital one they are very focused on company ethos and meeting with everyone thus we were required to meet everyone in the building the interact with everyone.

First you get the general interview hr then you do the webcam interview. Easy process and my recruiter always kept in touch with me and was easy to reach. Basic interview like any other company out there
