Applied online, recruiter screening a few weeks later, hiring manager virtual interview, online assessment, followed by power day. Power days is actually a combination of five interviews to include an HR assessment and behavioral interviews with leaders throughout the organization.

I received a referral and was contacted a few days later for a call with the recruiter. It was about 20min. I was invited to the power round of 5 interviews. 1 case interview and 4 with hiring managers. Almost everyone was generally friendly and kind.
