Good but can better as I have cracked the interviews couple of times and still I am not getting calls from Capgemini group.They should upfront tell the budget and set the expectations. Atleast candidate will not remain in dice situation and hope for the best.

Entretien
Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
