Overall they took 2 rounds of technical which is very smooth and 1 HR round even that was good. But I got offer only 3 days before my last working day which is really disappointing as we dont have any confirmation after HR round. Please improve this process.

The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
