Need good tech skills and good pointers. Other than that it is a great experience. Also for 12th grade the percentage should be above 60% which is fair. Rest is all good to start career with Capgemini.

It was quite tricky but it's too worth it. It's totally depends upon the real time projects You have made. As final word I can say that it's totally depends upon the skills you have equipped with the role you have applied.

The company came for on campus recruitment. The process consisted of three stages:
1. Online Assessment
2. Technical Round
3. HR Round
Online Assessment was aptitude based with some object oriented programming mcqs. In the technical interview, the panel asked me to write some pseudo code in python.
