Excellent process management. I felt just at home during my orientation process. HR team was superb all the way through. Starting from the job application, conducting the interview, offer discussion and finally on day 1 during the induction. Great job team.

Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
