Virtual Interview process:-L1 then L2 then HR.
I cracked L1 & round but
L2 is a Managerial round with a deeper technical depth, they will test your capability.
The Job requirement was for 2 years of experience but they will expect you to have knowledge of a 6 years experience candidate and would want to pay like a fresher. Capgemini is the cheapest labourer in the IT industry. The behaviour of the manager is rough. I woudn't advice anyone to join any company if you face similar situation coz you will work under the same manager and trust me thats gonna give you tones of displeasure and fraustation as you know what they want from you and what will they do to you if you join. You can't grow in such environment.

There were two different technical rounds and one HR round for salary negotiation. The difficulty was average. They asked around ten to fifteen questions in the first round. similar number of question but more scenario-based in round two.

It was nice experience, asked mostly and focused on specialization of my skills, didn't moved off the topic and nicely paced questions with difficulties in question. And interviewer also nicely repeated questions as many times I have asked on it
