Ghosted. . .twice.
I was contacted about a role I never applied to and met with the recruiter. The recruiter told me she would contact me about next steps, even if i wasn't selected to move to the next round, but never heard back. She completely ghosted me.
The second time I was contacted about a role, the recruiter was very enthusiastic about moving me to the next round. I was told she would reach out either way by the end of that week, but again never heard back. Not even a "no thanks" email. I followed up but was ghosted again.
Incredibly unprofessional to not communicate at all, especially when I was told I'd hear back either way. Total waste of time. Both roles are still open.
I expected more from Capgemini. Disappointing experience.

Entretien
The hiring process involved three rounds of interviews followed by an HR discussion. All interview rounds included a balanced mix of technical, functional, and behavioural questions. Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

Entretien
Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
