Online application, telephone interview, assessment centre (group task, individual interview and an aptitude test).
The process was very efficient, and I received contact from the HR department in good time.
The interview wasnt particularly diffcullt. My advice would be:
- Telephone interview. Write down questions and answers for general competency questions to refer to whilst on the phone. Google absolutely everything about the role you are applying for and take notes again.
- Assessment Centre. Dress smart, don't say anything stupid, compose yourself (don't say anything which adds no value to your interview), be heard (during the group interview you will be asked to complete a mundane task, speak clearly whilst making constructive decisions/comments). In your 1-2-1 interview be honest, speak clearly, take your time if need be, sell-yourself but me modest if you can.
