Depending on the profile and experience, for the beginner we use to initiate a Coding Game and for more experienced profile we use to have an advanced Technical Interview and exchange around technical and development concepts and Architecture.
It was good and very proactive process. HR was very responsive . They went above and beyond to file my h1 transfer.I am very happy to join this company. The company provides good benefits

Entretien
There are two rounds of technical interviews and one round of HR. Along with this there is one English language test . If you cleared technical interviews you cover 80% selection process.
